Data deletion

You can ask Nahati Technologies to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes details from our website forms and messages you have sent us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram.

How to request deletion

• Email hello@nahati.online with the subject "Data deletion request", or
• Send "Delete my data" to us on WhatsApp, or on the channel you used to contact us.

Tell us the phone number, email address or account name you used, so we can find your records.

What happens next

• We confirm that we have received your request within 5 working days.
• We delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
• We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it, for example invoices for accounting.

Messages also stored by Meta on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram are managed by Meta. You can delete them in those apps. See our privacy policy for more on how we handle personal data.
