Terms of service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms apply when you use nahati.online, send us a request through our forms, or contact Nahati Technologies ("we", "us") by email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. By using them you agree to these terms.
Our website and channels
We provide this website and our messaging channels so you can learn about our work and get in touch. We aim to keep them available and accurate, but we do not guarantee they will always be available or free of errors.
Requests and quotes
Sending a request or receiving a reply does not create a contract. Any project, support plan or hosting service is agreed separately in writing, with its own scope, price and terms. Those written terms take priority over this page.
Messaging
- We use WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram to answer enquiries, share updates you asked for and support customers.
- Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details through these channels.
- You can stop messages from us at any time by replying "Stop" or by blocking the number or account.
Acceptable use
Do not use our website or channels to send spam, unlawful content, or anything that could harm our systems or other people. We may block senders who do.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Nahati Technologies unless stated otherwise. Platform names and logos belong to their owners; see the note at the bottom of each page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from using this website or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ugandan law that cannot be limited.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. To have your data deleted, see data deletion.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Questions: hello@nahati.online.
